Mr. Frank Borowicz

With over 30 years experience in regulatory compliance, conflict resolution and human resources, Mr. Borowicz is governance counsel to various public and private corporations. He is a prominent arbitrator and mediator with numerous international certifications. Known for his interdisciplinary and preventive law approach, Mr. Borowicz is Counsel to the firm.

Active in business and public affairs, Mr. Borowicz is Chairman of The Vancouver Board of Trade. He is Honorary Consul of Sri Lanka, and also serves as a director of several public and private companies, including the Canada-China Child Health Foundation.
