Dr. Roshan Danesh

Dr.
Roshan Danesh is a lawyer,
consultant and scholar, who works, teaches and publishes in the areas
of conflict resolution, law and religion and public law. He completed
his doctoral studies at Harvard Law School and his law degree at the
University of Victoria, Canada. Dr. Danesh is one of the founders of
Conflict-free Conflict Resolution (CFCR). His recent publications include “Has
Conflict Resolution Grown Up? Towards a Developmental Model of Conflict
Resolution and Decision Making” (International Journal of Peace
Studies, 2002) and “Consultative Conflict Resolution Model: Beyond
Alternative Dispute Resolution” (International Journal of Peace
Studies, 2002). Dr. Danesh is a former Adjunct Professor of Conflict
Resolution at Landegg International University.
